Have you played around with PicMonkey yet? It’s an awesome photo editing site and I must say I am quite addicted. I know people say to do any editing in a photo editing software program but I just don’t have time to learn it! PicMonkey makes things EASY PEASY!

This weekend I participated in the LoziLu Mud Run with Sara from MomEndeavors.com. It was a LOT of fun! I’ve never done anything like this before and honestly, last month’s 5K was my first real run! We love to bake around the holidays especially things like fudge and cookie’s but sometimes we need a quick baked item and sometimes mom just needs a break!
We received a gift basket from Safeway full of baking goodies! I’m glad they did, look at all these cool goodies that I didn’t even know existed!
Clever Guy’s teacher’s birthday was this past week and he wanted to bake him cupcakes. I knew the Pillsbury cake mix combined with the Betty Crocker frosting would be great for him to make. Before baking, I stopped into Safeway because I wanted to try the Betty Crocker Frosting Creations and I needed a flavor. They are less than a buck and work GREAT! Perfect for kids to make too! I even found good deals like the sparkle sprinkles at 67% off regular price! Score!
We haven’t tried the Fondant Toppers yet but I want to for Christmas!
Clever Guy made these cupcakes for his teacher. Look how cute they turned out and he did it all by himself, well he had a little bit of my help.
