If you’re wondering what to make for dinner, you’ve come to the right place. This Pressure Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup is ready in just 10 minutes.
I recommend starting this recipe with an already cooked rotisserie chicken. I use leftover rotisserie chicken from Costco for this recipe and it’s so easy. You can also make your own stock with the chicken ‘carcass’ inside your pressure cooker.
To make your own chicken stock:
Place the chicken bones in 8 cups of water.
Add sliced carrots, minced garlic, and chopped onions.
Place in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes on high pressure and quick release.
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic salt.
After this is complete, strain everything out of the broth and use the broth for your soup.

This recipe can be made with any pressure cooker including an Instant Pot. As you can see, I don’t use an Instant Pot but instead, I use a pressure cooker that I have had for several years. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, I recommend this one from Cuisinart. It’s only $69.99 on Amazon! I use it for almost every meal!

Do you cook the noodles before or put in dry
Clever Pink Pirate says
You add them dry and they are cooked inside the pressure cooker.
Linda says
Are the noodles cooked prior to placing in the pressure cooker?
Clever Pink Pirate says
No, they are cooked inside the pressure cooker!
