Apple season is upon us and that means the orchards and stores will be full with different varieties of apples. Our favorite apples are probably the honey crisp and jonagold. I’ve slowly been getting back on the healthier eating path and apples are one of my favorite snacks. I have been looking for new and easy recipes for snacking throughout the day so I can continue to eat smaller portions at meal time. I try to stick to my protein smoothies but sometimes, I need something a little sweeter.
This dip recipe is sweet, easy and is still somewhat healthy.
Caramel Yogurt Apple Dip Recipe
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 – 2 teaspoon of caramel sauce
Simply mix the ingredients together and serve! This is perfect as a single serving or double to share with friends! It’s easy enough for kids to make and they can even take it in their lunches to school.
This tastes great with any flavor of applies but we love this dip with Pink Lady and Jonagold apples!
