There is one flavor that I can not get enough of during the next few months and that is Pumpkin. Pumpkin everything! I especially love the Pumpkin Lattes at Starbucks, I mean who doesn’t?! However, I just can’t afford to get one every day so I created a delicious Pumpkin Creamer!
When I did my research on similar recipe, they all called for canned pumpkin. However, since I went from using canned pumpkin to fresh pumpkin, there is no way I can use canned pumpkin. And unfortunately, it’s still too warm to start the fresh pumpkin canning process. So, I used Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup which I picked up from Smart & Final a couple weeks ago. Maybe once the weather cools I will revisit this recipe with some fresh pumpkin.
Pumpkin Creamer Recipe
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of half and half
- 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
- 1/8 cup of Torani Pumpkin Spice
- 1/8 cup of raw sugar
- 2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pour all the ingredients in a large mason jar, shake shake and you are done! You can adjust if you like it sweeter or less sweet etc.
