It’s that time of year where I start my juicing and smoothie habit back up. Typically I lose the momentum at the end of summer for fresh juices and smoothies when I really start getting busy. Then comes all of the holiday goodies and while I do love my cookies and fudge, it’s always nice to get healthy again. This peanut butter and banana smoothie is one of my favorite mid-day treats. It has only a few ingredients and it’s ready in about 60 seconds.

Did you know you can get a small blender and smoothie maker for less than $15? I have this one and it’s great because it’s compact and does a really great job at blending smoothies!
Did you know you can cut and freeze ripened bananas to use in smoothies? I personally like using frozen bananas because it chills the smoothie and tastes even better in my opinion! You can also use frozen bananas to make things like this ice cream or use it in a Yonanas! I just got one of these for Christmas and I love it! Frozen treats whenever I want that aren’t a lot of calories.
