There’s something about the treats that only come out during the holidays. One of those for me are Holiday OREOS. I love the red color, they are festive and perfect for serving at parties. But, if you wanted to take that holiday momentum a little further, you could make these holiday truffles! These can easily be given out as gifts or served at your Christmas gatherings.

These truffles have a firm crunch with the solid chocolate yet a soft center that will make it impossible for you to just enjoy one. If you aren’t a fan of sprinkles, you could easily crumble a few of the OREO cookies and use them as a topper to the truffles.

HOLIDAY TRUFFLE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese (Should be room temperature)
- 1 packet OREO Cookies
- 1 cup Vanilla Almond Bark (This should be about a half of a package)
- Sprinkles
NOTE
Make sure you have a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper prior to starting this process.
DIRECTIONS
| Step 1 | |
| Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl, mix until fluffed. | |
| Step 2 | |
| Add the cookies while it is mixing. This will crush the cookies into the batter. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Once well blended, roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. Place them on the parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Melt the almond bark then dip each ball into the chocolate and place them on the paper. Sprinkle the truffles with sprinkles and allow to harden. | |
These truffles are best made the day before you want to enjoy them. However, you can make them days before as well as they will keep in a sealed container.
