This weekend I was able to attend the Blended conference with some of my blogging friends. I first have to give a shoutout to Lynne from http://www.365daysofbaking.blogspot.com/. She was so generous and passed on her ticket to me at the last minute and I am grateful for that!
Here are a few of us at the Conference!
During the conference we ate at the fabulous Spaghetti Factory and enjoyed chatting w/ of course some good food!
We listened to Heather Gill who is a local photographer, give basic but excellent food/product photography tips such as
- Use a tripod when photographing
- Take advantage of good lighting
- Utilize programs such as Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
for photo editing

I hope my cookies will look as good as hers! Maybe it will with the help of Melissa from http://thebakedequation.com/ who will be doing a class with us soon! You should check out her cookies, they are amazing!

I also won this fabulous gift basket! I see lots of yummy Italian food in our future.
