A Fried Pickles Recipe sure to tie you over until the state fair rolls in or until you visit your favorite restaurant!

I love fried pickles, I mean LOVE them! Any time we go to a restaurant that offers them, I order them. The only problem I have with them is that sometimes they are a bit on the salty side.
So I decided to play around with them at home and created a Fried Pickles Recipe. I made these in a stove skillet and I think they were a little tricky to balance out the heat so I would definitely opt for making them in a deep fryer or electric skillet if you have one.
