This is a fairly easy recipe we made this week with La Romanella products from Smart and Final. This dish included something I’ve never used before, marinated artichokes! I haven’t really been a big artichoke fan before but these La Romanella artichokes were delicious!
1/2 pound La Romanella Pasta Penne Lisce
1 cup La Romanella Artichokes
1 25 ounce jar of La Romanella Pasta Sauce (we love the
1.5 cups of shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta, drain. Pour the pasta sauce and artichokes in pasta, then pour in a baking dish. Top with cheese and bake for 13 minutes. Enjoy with La Romanella Parmesan! This dish took less than a half an hour!
