Thin Mint Mug Brownies

      This thin mint brownie recipe is ready in less than 5 minutes and can easily be doubled for two mugs or a larger mug!
    
        
    Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - 1 pinch salt
 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (not olive oil)
 - 2 tablespoons water
 - 2 tablespoons cocoa (unsweetened)
 - 1/4 cup crushed thin mints
 - 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
 
Directions

| In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. | |

| Pour into a microwave safe mug. | |

| Microwave for 1 - 1.5 minutes. The key here is to make sure it's dry in the middle but not too dry. | |
