Peppermint Bark Candy Recipe

This Peppermint Candy Bark Recipe is easy to make and great to give as gifts during the holidays. Just wrap in a cellophane bag with twine!
Ingredients
- 12oz White Chocolate Bark (Melted)
- 1.5 tablespoons Peppermint Extract ((can substitute 1/2 tsp of Peppermint candy flavoring))
- 1/8 cup Peppermint Candy ~ Crushed (you can use candy canes or peppermints))
- drop Red Food Coloring
Directions

Melt chocolate in microwave at approx 1 minute being careful of scorching. |  |

Stir chocolate until completely melted then spread on wax paper. |  |

Once the chocolate is spread at approx 1/8 inch thickness, add drops of food coloring. |  |

Take a toothpick or piece of uncooked spaghetti and swirl it around. |  |

| Sprinkle crushed candies on top | |

| Take the cookie sheet and tap on the counter to allow the candy and melted chocolate to flatten and come together. | |

| Put in a cool place for approx 15 minutes, then break apart and enjoy! | |
