This easy Chicken Enchilada Skillet is perfect for a busy night, it takes less than 35 minutes to create and tastes delicious!
Ingredients
- 12 Corn or flour Tortillas (Small)
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce (28 Ounce Can (You may want yours a little saucier or a little less saucier))
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken (Shredded)
- 2.5 cups Shredded Cheese
Directions

| Have all of your ingredients divided out before starting. | |

| Layer a skillet pan starting with approx 1/2 cup sauce, then 2-3 tortillas, topped with a 1/2 cup cheese and `/2 cup of chicken. | |

| Continue layering your skillet with all of the ingredients being sure to top with the remaining cheese and sauce. | |

| Cover and cook on the stove top on med-high heat for approx 12-15 minutes (until the tortillas are cooked and the cheese is melted). | |
