These cinnamon and sugar baked cake donuts are perfect for mornings or desserts!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
Cinnamon and Sugar Topping
- 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Directions

| Cream together in a mixer on medium: Butter, Eggs and sugar. Slowly add in the milk. | |

| With the mixer on low, add in the dry ingredients: Flour, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Baking Powder and Baking Soda. | |

| Stir in the Vanilla | |

| Pour mixture into the donut pan, about 2/3 full | |

| Bake for 17 minutes at 350 degrees. | |
| Sugar and Cinnamon Coating | |
| Step 6 | |
| Mix together the 1 cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon | |
| Step 7 | |
| Place donuts in butter, covering the top or all of the donut. Dip the butter coated donut in the cinnamon & sugar mixture | |
