Perfect Lemon Bars

      These perfect lemon bars are easy to bake up and hard to resist! Serve them at a potluck or as a family dessert!
    
        
    Ingredients
- Powdered Sugar
Crust
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Butter (Softened (margarine is okay too))
Curd
- 3 Freshly Squeezed Lemons (approximately 3/4 - 1 cup fresh lemon juice)
- 4 Eggs (room temperature)
- 1 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 tablespoon Milk
Directions

| Step 1 | |
| Mix up all ingredients for the crust. | |
| Step 2 | |
| Pat the dough into a 9 X13 inch pan until it is completely flat. | |

| Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. | |
| Curd | |
| Step 4 | |
| While crust is baking, mix the sugar, milk, eggs and lemon juice with an electric mixer for approximately 5 minutes on a low - medium speed. | |

| Add in flour and vanilla and mix until well blended. | |
| Step 6 | |
| Remove the hot crust, then pour the curd filling over the top of it. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. | |
| Step 7 | |
| Remove, top with powdered sugar and enjoy! | |
