Animal Cracker Recipe

- 2.5 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (Room temp)
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon milk
Directions

| Cream butter on medium speed. Add in sugar and egg. Mix for approximately 2 minutes. | |

| Add in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. | |

| Slowly add in honey, vanilla and milk until well mixed. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes. | |
| Step 5 | |
| Heat oven to 350 degrees. | |
| Step 6 | |
| Roll out dough, cut with cookie cutters. | |
| Step 7 | |
| Bake for approximately 7 minutes, 30 seconds. | |
