Looking for ripened banana recipes? I’ve got over 51 for you!

51+ Ripened Banana Recipes

We love bananas in this house and we eat them daily. Sometimes though I may buy too many and they do start to brown. The kids actually won’t eat them if they start to turn (I know, total banana snobs) and then I am left either consuming them or creating recipes. My go to recipes for ripened bananas are typically smoothies and waffles but really, there is so much more you could do with ripened bananas.

20 Pumpkin Pie Recipe Variations

The season for pumpkin everything has begun! Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin cookies and of course, my favorite….pumpkin pie. Every year I make a few pumpkin pies for us to enjoy for the season. Usually I keep it pretty simple with a classic pumpkin pie recipe but I wanted to find a few more pumpkin pie recipes I could branch out with. A few years ago I started using fresh pumpkin for all of my pumpkin desserts and I haven’t bought a can of pumpkin since.

9 Peanut Butter Sandwich Variations for School Lunches (or for work)!

I’m always looking for fun sandwich ideas for the kids lunches beyond just boring PB&J. Especially since Clever Teen refuses to take a lunch box and just puts her sandwich in her backpack, it makes it hard to do any sandwich that would require an ice pack or refrigeration. So I did some searching to see how I could get creative with the classic peanut butter sandwich for school lunches!

DIY Stenciled Lunch Bags for Boys

Of course these lunches would fit perfectly in a stenciled lunch bag. See the tutorial here:

9 Peanut Butter Sandwich Variations for School Lunches

Fluffernutter Sandwich: I’m not normally a fan of marshmallow but I do sort of like marshmallow cream. shares how to make homemade marshmallow fluff for your fluffernutter sandwiches! Combine it with peanut butter and maybe even some sliced bananas or apples and you have an irresistible sandwich.

Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter Sandwich: This actually sounds like heaven, sweet and rich is my kind of sandwich and I am sure the kids would love it.

Peanut Butter Banana Dog Sandwich: This looks FUN! A twist on the PB & Banana sandwich.

Peanut Butter &  Pickle Sandwich: My kids love PB and pickles, so I am pretty sure they would love this one especially with the extra surprise inside!

Peanut Butter Banana & Honey Sandwich: With the cinnamon raisin bread, this sounds like the perfect combo.

Peanut Butter Apple Oatmeal Sandwich: If the kids are getting tired of bread, this would be a great alternative to the traditional PB sammy!

Grilled Peanut Butter & Apple Sandwiches: Here is another peanut butter and apple sandwich except this one is grilled!

Peanut Butter & Basil Sandwich: OKay so this may be more of an adult Peanut Butter sandwich but it could be a tasty sandwich for kids too!

Homemade Uncrustables Sandwich: Do your kids hate their crusts? Mine too. This tool is awesome for cutting the crust off and you can even freeze these! Check out how easy these are here:
