One of the best parts of Summer is ice cream. You don’t need an excuse to enjoy one of the coolest treats especially when it’ hot outside. Have you ever craved ice cream though and didn’t have any? I have the most yummiest yet easiest ice cream recipes. The best thing about this Caramel Banana Ice Cream? You don’t need any churn or ice cream maker to make this and it only takes about 2 minutes to make!
4 INGREDIENT BANANA ICE CREAM RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana (sliced)
- 1/2 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tablespoon caramel
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 | |
Slice up 1 banana and freeze them for about 2 – 3 hours. | |
Step 2 | |
Place the frozen banana in a food processor along with the whipping cream. | |
Step 3 | |
Spoon the mixture into a bowl. | |
Step 4 | |
Spoon the caramel into the ice cream mixture. | |
Step 5 | |
Top with chopped walnuts. |
This recipe serves 1 but can easily be doubled! I used my 4 ingredient caramel sauce in this recipe and it was irresistible.

This recipe is so easy, kids can make it! And if you don’t have a foot processor, try to make it in a blender or even in a mixing bowl. I haven’t tried to make it in a mixing bowl but I am thinking it would work best with a whisk attachment in a metal bowl.
If you are allergic to nuts, you can easily omit the walnuts.
