Last week I shared my newest obsession with juicing. I’ve been juicing pretty much everyday so I had a lot of pulp in my fridge. One thing you can do before bagging the fruit is resubmitting it into the juicer to see if there is any juice left in that pulp. After that, you can store the fruit pulp for a few days. When you line the pulp container you can line it with a gallon Ziploc bag so you can easily remove it and store it. I have some ideas on what I want to do with it but I also rounded up some delicious recipes (and even a dog biscuit recipe). Some of the recipes are all fruit recipes, some veggie and some with both! My favorite recipes to make with the pulp are meatloaf, lasagna and muffins.
