2012 is coming to an end and I am looking forward to many new possibilities in 2013. This year was deefinitely an eye openeing year for me as a DIY/Crafty Blogger. I met some amazing women in this niche and I learned so much when I attended the SNAP Conference. I wanted to get an idea of what my readers enjoyed during 2012 and found the most visited blog posts. I’m happy to share those with you again and I hope that I can create even better creations in 2013!
#10 The Duct Tape Dry Erase Board: Easy and fun to create for a gift or your office!
#9 Kids Chore Chart: It’s been almost a year since I created this chore chart for the kids and we love it! I am actually going to add more sticks now that the kids have grown a year (shhhh don’t tell them I said that).
#8 Pinterest Party: I think this event was probably one of the most fun events I attended (and even hosted) all year. A real life Pinterest Party full of crafts, food and fun!
#7 Push Pops: These No Bake Cheesecake Push Pops were a hit not only with my kids but with readers. They are easy to make and these push pop containers are now being sold at craft stores!
#6 Vase Makeover: Got an old vase lying around that could use a makeover? I purchased a vase at Goodwill and gave it a complete haul with a distressed look. I also share an easy way to create dimensions and fill holes!
#5 Peppermint Bark Recipe: While this peppermint bark recipe just debuted, it was popular this holiday season and it’s probably because I linked up with over 50 other fabulous recipes. Check out all of the delicious treats in the post.
#4 Boo Buckets: I’m famous for easy crafts and last minute gifts. These boo buckets made out of food containers are not only perfect for Halloween but for any holiday! Just add some Washi and you have a cute gift box!
#3 Chicken Pot Pie Recipe: Need a quick recipe for dinner? This Chicken Pot Pie is perfect in a pinch, especially if you have leftover chicken.
#2 Strawberry Daiquiri Cupcakes: Surprisingly, people LOVE cocktail cupcakes (and who can blame them). My Strawberry Daiquiri Cupcakes were number 2 this year! I’ll have to come up with a new one for 2013.
#1 Mad Science Party: Last but definitely not least, Clever Guy’s Mad Science party. I’m so happy too because I put a lot of sweat (and maybe even some tears) into this party! I shared everything we did from the activities to the goody bags, it’s a perfect party for the young science enthusiast!
Thank you for being a Clever Pink Pirate reader, many good wishes to you in 2013!
