Recently I made a dish with La Romanella products from Smart and Final. This dish was very tasty and simple to make! There are a few things I like to consider when making my dishes for dinner. Taste, cost and how easy it is too cook. I also love to create dishes where I can throw in quite a few spices to make my dish taste great.
La Romanella Penne pasta (these pastas are Organic, bonus)
La Romanella Four Cheese pasta sauce
Chicken Tenders (uncooked, approx 1 lb)
La Romanella Olive Oil
I used: Fennel, Bay Leaves, Cumin, Paprika and Sage
La Romanella Parmesan Cheese and Olives for toppings
- Boil water for pasta. Once water is boiling, place pasta in pot. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil so the pasta does not stick. Drain.
- Heat up 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, then place chicken and spices in it. Continue to turn the chicken until chicken is cooked through.
- Place pasta on dish, then pour pasta sauce on top. Place chicken on pasta, top with cheese and olives.
- I paired this with asparagus, if you like artichokes La Romanella has them!
