It’s been quiet on the blog this week as I’ve been busy at work, listing new things in my Etsy store, increasing my workout routine not to mention spending time with the Little Clevers. It’s amazing how quick a week can go!
But don’t worry, I won’t leave you hanging! Earlier this week in a post I talked about how I used to be a massage therapist, well I also went to school for personal training. It was all part of a master plan to create a business I loved, unfortunately the falling off of a horse and severe chronic back pain changed my future. But none the less I still keep all of the personal training knowledge in my head for personal use. When my son was around 3, I committed to loosing the baby fat finally and lost over 30 pounds by just diet and exercise. While I have managed to keep most of the weight off, I would still like to lose a few more pounds along with just maintaining a fitness routine.
So I’ve upped my exercise routine and I’m back too running. Well jogging. Okay walking really fast and some jogging in there. But I’m committing to it along with eating better.
