In the past few years, I have tried to feed my family organic and more natural foods. I think I have done a pretty balanced job but in reality, I probably haven’t done the best. This Summer I think I have failed big time as I haven’t felt like cooking so while some of our meals were healthy, most probably were not as we did a lot of “quick” meals and eating out.
Recently though, I have been hearing about friends who have been switching to raw diets and clean eating. I’ve always been obsessed with reading our food ingredients but haven’t stuck to a true plan of clean eating. The Clever Guy has actually been complaining of an upset stomachs lately and I have been lacking energy. After reading up on raw diets and clean eating, it sounds like this may be something that will be a great fit for us.
