No Bake Cheesecake Push Pops Recipe with #JuneDairyMovies

Place sliced strawberries in bowl and cover with sugar, mix thoroughly and let sit in the fridge until you are ready to use them. This prevents them from wilting.

Crust:

  • 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar

Directions:

Crush the graham crackers in a food processor, then pour 1/2 cup in a bowl. Mix melted butter with brown sugar. You can see in photo too that it doesn’t quite stick all together but it becomes more dense. Set aside.

Filling the Push Pops

It helps if you have a stand of sorts, you can see I used a mason jar to hold each one as I filled them.

Fill a pastry bag with the cheesecake filling while it’s folded over your hand. If you can, tie the top once done to prevent it from over flowing.

Fill the bottom of the first push pop with the crust, pat down as much as possible. Take the pastry bag and carefully stay in one place and squeeze the filling out approx 1.5 inches.

Once the filling is in, top with the strawberries and garnish with whip cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve!

I’m not not trying to brag or anything but this filling I created was delicious! You could easily use it as a fruit dip by itself! If you don’t have push pops, serve as a trifle and add a layer of whipped cream in the middle! A lot of people ask me where I got these push pops, I bought them from a friend but I know if you go on sites like Etsy you can find some for a reasonable price!
