Shrimp Cheddar Dip
1 lb Shrimp (peeled, cleaned and cooked)
1/4 cup Mayo
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Take all ingredients and add them to a food processor. Pour the dip into ramekin baking dishes and bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
For a Spicier Shrimp Dip:
Use ingredients listed above and include 1/4 tsp of Cayenne pepper and 1.5 tsp of hot sauce. I love using Franks Red Hot Sweet BBQ sauce.
