It’s that time of year, the time where I need to exercise harder and eat healthier because those holiday meals are just too good to turn down. One of my downfalls is not eating enough fruits. Are you among the seven out of every ten individuals who don´t eat the recommended two servings of fruit per day (1 full cup)? I know I am!
When I was asked to try the new Yoplait Frozen Smoothies I was excited because I wanted to try these. These were really easy to use, I just poured the fruit into the blender along with milk (I also made it with juice) and it was delicious! I could easily make these a few times a week to help me keep up with my fruit intake and it’s a fabulous treat!
Yoplait Frozen Smoothies are a quick and easy solution to help you get those important nutrients, plus a whole lot more. Each package of Yoplait Frozen Smoothies contains one full serving of fruit (1/2 cup) and only 110 to 120 calories per serving. These are in the frozen fruit aisle of your local grocery store, Yoplait Frozen Smoothies come in four flavors, including: Blueberry Pomegranate, Triple Berry, Strawberry Banana, and Strawberry Mango Pineapple.

We're big on fruit smoothies here – my daughter has them for lunch sometimes with fresh blueberries, strawberries or mangoes. The Yoplait Smoothies sound great – it's hard to find high quality frozen fruit and these sound like they'd fit the bill.

I try to make us smoothies daily just to give to give me more energy and because I know I'm putting good fruits in our bodies daily.
I tend to put different fruits in such as bananna's with blueberries or rasberries or straberries.. I think it depends what is on sale that week.
I would love to try the Yoplait smoothies.. and also would love to win a new blender..
Thanks

I make smoothies every morning for our family. I believe a healthy start in the morning is very important! I've seen the Yoplait smoothies in the frozen section before and often wondered if they would give my kids the same nutritional value that our fresh fruit smoothies give. I would be nice to try them because a lot of the fresh berries are going out of season and Yoplait offers berry smoothie mixes.

Our family eats at least 3 servings of fruit a day! That is what we usually have as dessert, and we would love to be able to make fruit smoothies to vary it up a little bit!

I love smoothies but don't make them that often because of the prep time to get everything ready.. I may just have to try this product and see how I like it.. We do eat lots of veggies..

my family doesn't eat much fruit. when we do, it's usually in smoothie form. and since we're opting for a healthier lifestyle, i'm sure that means more smoothies! but as of right now, i know i'm not getting the recommended daily value.

Honestly, I eat hardly any fruit each day. Most days I don't have any. I REALLY want to win this contest! I desperately want to try Yoplait Frozen Smoothies. I have a medical condition that requires me to take a medication that is causing me to lose weight. Yes, I know, many would dream of this but unfortunately, the grass is not greener on this side. As a result, I am losing nutrients rapidly and my body gets weaker if I don't work really hard at eating. My best option? Smoothies! I do love smoothies and they're easy to swallow (haha!). Oh and I don't even have a blender lol. If I did I would have already tried the smoothie route!
Disclaimer – My life is great and I'm grateful every day for all of my blessings. I'm not dying or in any kind of turmoil pain. I don't usually share stuff this personal (especially on the internet!) but I truly think that this is something that can help to keep me healthy and my body strong.
Thanks for your consideration and good luck to everyone 🙂
